I don't like to take responsibility for my own feelings. So whenever I'm in a bad mood, I just tell everyone I'm PMSing. It's like a free pass for the day. People will forgive every awful thing you say or do, because girls have been there and boys feel instantly threatened by any mention of the menstrual cycle.
Thank god no one keeps track of all the times I declare I'm PMSing. They might notice that I've allegedly had about 10 periods this month.
